The concept of a Williams Caramel issue graded EX-MT 6 by PSA is astonishing - just seven examples have been graded EX-MT or better by that company.  The cards are extraordinarily condition-sensitive, printed on extremely lightweight paper, extremely subject to wear and tear.  The cards are relatively difficult to find in any condition, and anything above VG is a treasure.

The number on the grading label, in this case, is unfortunate, as the EX-MT 6 grade assessed by PSA clearly does not take into consideration the large, visible blemish nearly dead center on the card.  Under magnification we cannot determine if we are looking at a spot of paper loss or a paper remnant (the plastic of the PSA holder makes it difficult), but regardless, it downgrades the eye appeal of the card, and should also downgrade the card itself.  Of course the rest of the card is worthy of the EX-MT grade; its simply that the grader examined everywhere but dead center.
