Strong midgrade 1926 Exhibit card of two-time 20-game winner Ray Kremer, who managed a 3.76 ERA in ten seasons right in the middle of the live ball era.  Kremer played his entire major league career with the Pittsburgh Pirates, compiling a 143-85 lifetime record.  Kremer was a star in the 1925 World Series, winning two games and pitching 21 innings, including a complete game in Game 6, followed by a stunning relief appearance in Game 7, holding the Senators to one run while the Pirates came back to win the Series.  After his retirement, Kremer became a postal carrier, fading from baseball memory, eventually passing away in 1965.
