Scarce E99 Bishop & Company card issued by the Los Angeles confectioner's company to commemorate players from the Pacific Coast League.  Exceptionally rare 30-card set features black and white photos set against a colorful background of green, blue, purple, yellow, or occasionally black.  Strong card featuring outfielder Joe Briggs, who played just one season with Sacramento, toiling for 13 seasons in the minors between 1905 and 1921.  The PR grade is due largely to an owner's stamp and paper remnants on the reverse, along with some specks of paper loss, all from scrapbook removal.  It is also based, at least in part, from a miscut bottom border, and some overall surface soiling.  Still, an extremely tough card.
