c.1880's tintype of two unknown gentlemen posed in their bright white baseball uniforms, dark caps, and wide belts. What these men are lacking in musculature they are certainly looking to make up for with sporty dress. Both men are leaning on baseball bats in front of a backdrop reminiscent of N172 tobacco cards, likely in a photographers studio. Edges of this example are in surprisingly good shape with only some discoloration along the left side. Verso remains satisfyingly clean as well. Measures approx. 3 1/2" x 2 5/16".
