Outstanding, higher-grade complete 1968 Topps set.  Carefully assembled by a dedicated collector, this is a remarkably clean and consistent set, built card-by-card with special attention paid to centering.  The result is an extremely attractive grouping of cards, its few condition flaws related primarily to corner touches.  Some of the key cards exhibit a bit more signs of handling in the form of soft corners, the result reflected in their grades.  

A condition breakdown of the set would be approximately 2% NM-MT, 14% NM, 37% EX/MT, 43% EX, 4% VG/EX, with a few lesser or trimmed.  We selected eight cards to submit for grading, initially submitting the set's one key card to SGC, and subsequently submitting eight more to PSA when they began accepting submissions after their shutdown.  The results of those grades are as follows: #50 Mays (HOF) - PSA NM-MT 8, #100 Gibson (HOF) - PSA NM-MT 8, #110 Aaron (HOF) - PSA VG 3, #150 Clemente (HOF) - PSA NM 7, #177 Ryan (HOF RC) - SGC VG+ 3.5, #280 Mantle (HOF) - PSA VG 4, #290 McCovey (HOF) - PSA NM-MT 8, #355 Banks (HOF) - PSA NM 7, and #490 Killebrew/Mays/Mantle (HOF) - PSA NM 7.  The remaining keys grade as follows: #20 Robinson (EX/MT), #37 Williams (EX/MT), #45 Seaver (EX/MT), #80 Carew (EX), #130 Perez (EX), #144 Morgan (EX), #205 Marichal (EX), #220 Killebrew (EX), #240 Kaline (EX), #247 Bench (FAIR - stain on reverse), #250 Yastrzemski (EX), #370 Aaron AS (EX/MT), #374 Clemente AS (VG/EX), #408 Carlton (EX/MT), #500 Robinson (EX/MT), #520 Brock (NM).  An outstanding higher-grade complete set, carefully assembled with particular attention paid to eye appeal.  598 cards total.
