Interesting blank scorecard featuring the Boston Red Sox and Brooklyn Robins, the American and National League champions for 1916.  The interior of the piece features a blank scorecard, along with batting records for the 1916 season, and portraits of Bill Carrigan and Will Robinson, managers of the Red Sox and Robins.  The exterior of the piece contains portraits of the Robins and Red Sox players, including a young Babe Ruth in the bottom-right corner of the outside page.  The scorecard also lists the pennant winners and World Champions dating to 1900, and space which identifies the players pictured from each team.  In addition to Ruth, Hall of Famers Harry Hooper, Rube Marquard, ZachWheat, and Casey Stengel are also pictured.  A small section of the front cover was likely left blank for printing an advertising message.  The words "Jos. W. Isbell, Hooker, Okla" are printed in the formerly blank area of this card.

The scorecard presents extremely well, technically in VG condition despite a stronger presentation, with signs of light wear at the corners and edges.  An extremely strong presentation, featuring a photo of a rookie era Babe Ruth, as well as five other Hall of Famers.  An outstanding piece from early in Ruth's career.
