Famous image of the Georgia Peach at the end of his career, in the midst of his follow-through.  Despite being a member of the Philadelphia Athletics in 1927 and 1928, Cobb is pictured wearing his Tigers cap in the photo, some light wear at the corners and slight edge chipping responsible for the EX grade assigned by SGC.  The back contributes as well, and is likely the primary culprit responsible for the grade, some surface abrasions resulting in areas of pronounced discoloration.  Still, the wear is largely relegated to the back, the front featuring a beautiful photo of one of the greatest players the game has ever seen at the twilight of his magnificent career.
