Class of 2005 Pro Football Hall of Famer Benny Friedman is pictured on the cover of this December 8, 1929 program featuring a contest between the New York Football Giants and Frankford Yellow Jackets at the Polo Grounds. On their way to a 13-1-1 finish the Giants would defeat the Yellow Jackets 31-0. One of the most successful teams of the 1920's, the Frankford Yellow Jackets folded in 1931 only to be reborn as the Philadelphia Eagles in 1933.

Program exhibits light wrinkling along right edge, and two vertical creases throughout. Game date has been written in pencil at top right of front cover and interior pages are clean with a few small pencil notations.
