Official program from the 1956 NFL Championship Game at Yankee Stadium between the host New York Giants and Chicago Bears. On a cold late-December day in the Bronx the Giants would trounce the Bears by a score of 47-7 in front of a reported 56,836 fans. Famously, the Giants opted for white sneakers in leiu of cleats to provide better traction on the frozen field. Hall of Famers who appear in this program include: Frank Gifford, Alex Webster, Roosevelt Brown, Sam Huff, Andy Robustelli, and assistant coaches Tom Landry, Vince Lombardi (Giants) George Blanda, Doug Atkins, Stan Jones (Bears).

Program appears to be in excellent condition overall with only minor staining at the right edge of cover. A few spine tics are present but the program is free of creases or folds. Interior pages exhibit minor toning.
