Spectacular collection of 1939 V351 World Wide Gum premiums, highlighted by three of the four Hall of Famers, missing just Ted Williams for completion.  These Canadian Goudey premiums are among the most rare of all 1930s gum card issues, the cards measure 4" x 5 3/4" and are similar in nature to the R303-A Goudey Premium issue in the United States.  Given away with the purchase of World Wide Gum, the card fronts have a sepia tone photo on cream-colored paper, and also include the playing tips used on the Rabbit Maranville R344 "How To" booklets that were issued with the high-number "Batter-Up" cards.  The usage of these tips on the backs of the R303 and V351 cards are among the only cardboard evidence of Goudey's purchase of National Chicle in 1937.
