Higher-grade example of one of the most popular postwar vintage cards ever made, that of Hall of Famer Pee Wee Reese from the 1953 Bowman Color issue. Picturing Reese, about to fire a throw to first while leaping high above a sliding runner (actually a Spring Training photo with a teammate - often thought to be Gil Hodes - sliding). Considered by many to be the most attractive baseball card ever made, this example is centered slightly low but is otherwise sharp and clean, the image clear and bright.
