Boasting excellent visual appeal for the grade, the card does suffer from some excessive edge chipping near the top right, barely visible without close examination, is the likely culprit responsible for the technical grade. The appearance of a tiny speck that may be paper loss in the "d" in "Piedmont" on the reverse may contribute as well.
